This is the place where you will register for your Legislative Information System (LIS) and Lobbyist-in-a-Box (LIAB) training events. Registration links for the 2026 Session virtual training are now available. 

There are a number of exciting enhancements to LIS and LIAB this year.  All sessions will be for new and existing users and will review the enhancements for 2026 as well as cover how to navigate LIS and use the Lobbyist in a Box bill tracking tool.

All User Sessions = 1 hour session.  Learn to navigate the Legislative Information System (LIS) and how to track legislation with Lobbyist-in-a-Box (LIAB).
