Welcome to the NEW LIS and NEW Lobbyist-in-a-Box Training Portal!

We are pleased to announce a brand new version of the Legislative Information System.  This is the place where you will register for your Legislative Information System (LIS) and Lobbyist-in-a-Box (LIAB) training events. Links for registration for the 2025 Session virtual training are now available.   Each user can register for either:

1. NEW User Session = 2 hour session.  Learn to navigate the Legislative Information System (LIS) = 1 hour.  Learn how to track legislation with Lobbyist-in-a-Box (LIAB) = 1 hour. 

2. REVIEW User Session = 1 hour.  Overview of LIS and LIAB and a general question and answer session- for users with experience using LIS and LIAB. 

Because of the early Fall system launch we are offering some training on the new site ahead of our normal training that usually takes place in December.  If you can join us for this training now, please feel free to sign up.  More training will be held in December, prior to the 2025 General Assembly Session.  Look back to this site in November for those December training dates.
